In meeting with you, the citizens of District Four, I have heard your concerns. I have worked tirelessly to meet your needs. Please let me continue to fight for all of us.

• $500,000 Renovation of Fletcher Park
• Restored skating rink at Schwartz Park
• Crossing Guard at CSL Rd & Westminster during mornings
• Regular District Meetings
• Round table discussions on Fletcher Park
• Stop sign at corner of Earle & Oakwood
• Stop sign at corner of Cote Saint-Luc Rd. & Westluke
• Traffic studies of several streets
• New 30km/h signs near Fletcher, Schwartz and Earle Parks
• Increased patrol by Public Security
• Graffiti removed at parks, on signs
• Lobbied Canada Post to remove graffiti from mailboxes
• New benches
• New public recycling bins
• New city trees planted
• New garbage cans
• Lights at parking lot beside Fletcher Park (public- private partnership)
• Improved lighting at Schwartz Park
• Clean-up of vacant lots
• Lines at intersections repainted
• No parking sign times standardized (8am-5pm)
• Concrete pots moved to Ashdale & Baily
• Bathrooms open at Richard Schwartz Park during summer days
• Minor renovations to Earle Park
• Bench at Cote Saint-Luc Rd. & Westminster moved
• Relining water pipes on Smart and Adalbert
• Kingsley repaved between Sunnybrooke & Ashdale

• Initiated and planned brown bin organic waste collection
• Lobbied Montreal to ensure Meadowbrook remains a green space
• Co-wrote Tree Protection by-law
• Presented Anti-Idling by-law
• Co-wrote Waste by-laws

• Mega Garage Sale
• Large Blue Bins for all single-family homes and duplexes
• Recycling Expanded to almost all high rises (over 90%)
• Wrote CSL Zero-Waste Policy
• Initiated EcoCSL Newsletter (formerly Brown Bin Zone)
• Presented brief on the organic waste collection program at the National Assembly
• Presented brief on waste management at Montreal City Hall
• Visits to schools and senior’s groups to discuss the environment
• Prize for sustainable development

Library Accomplishments
• Removal of annual fee for CSL residents
• Increased annual spending on new books by 50%
• Oversaw major renovations at library
• Outdoor concerts behind library
• Reusable library bags (no more single-use plastic bags)
• Community Outreach
• Wii Programs for families

• More traffic calming measures (on Westluke and near Parks)
• Further improve snow and ice removal
• Continue to ensure Meadowbrook remains a green space
• More aqueduct relining and roads repaved (aqueduct relining in 2010 scheduled for Westluke between Edinburgh and Linden, Earle between Small and Tyme, and Arcadian between Westluke and Smart)
• More trees and flowers
• Oversee renovations at Fletcher Park
• Improved lighting and cameras in Parks
• Community gardens in District 4
• More new benches
• More new garbage cans and public recycling bins
• Return of the bus shelter at CSL Rd. & Robert Burns
• Continue to hold district meetings
